  • 30 DAY RETURNS

    If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • VYEW WARRANTY

    All VYEW products come with a free 60-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and product failures. If your item is damaged due to a defect within this period, we will provide a free replacement at no cost.

    • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
    • To request a replacement, email us at VYEWBRANDS@outlook.com with photos of the issue.
